US Ambassador to Nigeria and USADF delegation visit Kigbe Solar Mini-Grid

Abuja, Nigeria. 10/19/2018 – We received The US Ambassador to Nigeria, W. Stuart Symington, Chairman, Board of Directors, USADF, Jack Leslie, President and CEO of USADF, C.D. Glin, and the Executive Director, Diamond Development Initiatives, Adamu Garba who came on a site visit to our Solar Mini-Grid at Kigbe Community in Abuja, Nigeria.

The dignitaries visited both the commercial and productive users of electricity.

Over a year ago, with financial and technical support from the United States African Development Foundation, Power Africa Initiative, Diamond Development Initiative, African Development Bank Mini-Grid HelpDesk and Inensus GmbH, we deployed a 20kW solar mini-grid solution to Kigbe community, Abuja, Nigeria.
