Havenhill Synergy is a clean-tech utility company that uses Solar Energy to generate clean, safe, cost-effective and sustainable electricity in rural and urban Nigeria. Havenhill is set to scale up her “end blackout” projects in rural communities by establishing several hundreds of Solar hybrid mini-grids and developing significant footprints in the commercial and industrial space.
This role will report to the Talent & Admin Manager.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and welcome guests to the office.
- Maintain files and records.
- Receive, redirect and redirect phone calls to the appropriate department.
- Answer client questions and incoming calls.
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them to the final recipient within the company.
- Familiarity with Ms Office suite
- High school leaving certificate or relevant qualification.
- A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a similar role.
- Good understanding of office administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
